Blanched Kernels
PROCESS:
Blanched hazelnut kernels are produced by blanching the kernels through removing their skins from 5% skin and with 4-5% of the desired humidity level.
TYPES:
Blanched hazelnut kernels are ready for the domestic or international markets after selection. According to customer requests, slightly roasted kernels care processed as chopped, meal or paste and supplied to market.
USAGE AREA:
It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionery industry and as a snack for the end user

CALIBRATION:
11-13 mm, 13-15 mm, etc.
PACKING:
In vacuum bags with carton boxes or only in vacuum bags. All can shipped on pallets stretched with polietilen.
