PROCESS:
Hazelnut meal is produced by grinding the raw, slightly roasted and roasted hazelnut kernels with an appropriate technique.
TYPES:
It is supplied after slightly and roasted kernels are selected and grinded.
USAGE AREA:
It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionery industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL:
Desired humidity level for Natural Hazelnut Meal is 4-6%, for Blanched Hazelnut Meal 4-5%, for Roasted Hazelnut Meal 0,8-3%. For blanched meal, hazelnut kernels are slightly roasted. For roasted meal dark, medium and light roasted kernels are used.
CALIBRATION:
0-1.5 mm , 0-2 mm , 0-3 mm.
PACKING:
In vacuum bags with carton boxes per 25 kg, 20 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg. All can be shipped on pallets.
