Since 2018 we own a fully equipped operational on-site laboratory. We are able to conduct all kinds of physical, chemical and microbiological analysis as well as aflatoxin tests:
- Organoleptic Analysis: Colour, Appearance, Taste, Smell
- Physical Analysis: Sieve, Cut test, Defective kernels, Viscosity, Colour analysis, Thickness
- Chemical Analysis: Humidity, Free Fatty Acid, Peroxide, Total Fat Content
- Microbiological Analysis: Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mould, Coliform – E-Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus
- Aflatoxin Analysis: HPLC System – B1, B2, G1, G2
