PROCESS:
Hazelnut paste is made by mashing the roasted hazelnut kernels (low, medium or high roasting levels) with an appropriate technique.
TYPES:
Hazelnut kernels are mashed in a homogeneous form after roasting and selection according to customer request.
USAGE AREA:
It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionery industry.
ROASTING LEVEL:
Dark , medium or low roasted.
CALIBRATION:
Between 20-80 micron (According to the customer demand).
PACKING:
In plastic drums, in steel food drums or filled directly to paste tankers.
