Roasted Kernels
PROCESS:
Roasted hazelnuts are produced by roasting hazelnut kernels and partially or totally removing skin.
TYPES:
According to customer requests, roasted hazelnuts can be further are processed as chopped, meal or paste.
USAGE AREA:
It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionery industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL:
According to customer specifications (Low, Medium, High roasted) with 0,8-3 % desired humidity level.
CALIBRATION:
According to customer specifications it is prepared in following sizes (13-15 mm, 11-13 mm, 9-11 mm etc.).
PACKING:
In vacuum bags with carton boxes or only in vacuum bags. All can be shipped on pallets stretched with polietilen.
